The InteliSENS DG and DGK Diameter Gauge lead the way in both measuring technology and data communication. The InteliSENS DG Series uses high speed laser optical scanning technology, while the DGK Series use a Super Fast Combined CCD and Optical technology that is fast enough to provide Diameter, SMFD (Single Measurement Flaw Detection) also known as Lump and Neck Detection, all in one gauge head.
The powerful FPGA chip used in the DGK Series also enables FFT Analysis, SPC Analysis and Feedback Diameter Control, All-in-One Gauge Head.
