Single Measurement Flaw Detection (SMFD) often referred to as Lump & Neck Detection. SMFD is recommended to be used along with the DGK10k Super Fast Scan Rate option for the best results.

SMFD analysis every measurement up to 10,000 per axis per second and compares the last scan value with the running average diameter. Preset Upper and Lower limits trigger digital and physical alarm outputs.
